We proudly offer bilingual occupational therapy services in English and Spanish. Whether you're more comfortable speaking Spanish or English, we are here to support your family's needs.

Pediatric Occupational Therapy Direct Services
Hands-on, face-to-face occupational therapy services are provided in your home. These services are focused on helping your child build specific skills they need for daily life through individualized intervention.
Pediatric Occupational Therapy Evaluations
An evaluation will look into your child's strengths, challenges, and needs across areas such as motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and play. An evaluation includes standardized testing, observations, and parent/caregiver interviews. A complete written report will be provided.

Meet the Owner - Kelly Shimabukuro MSOTR/L
Kelly graduated from Seton Hall University in 2021, receiving her MS in Occupational Therapy. Since graduating, Kelly has dedicated her career to working with the pediatric population. She has experience across various pediatric settings, including private practice, outpatient clinics, schools, and early intervention.
Next Step OT was created in an effort to provide services in an environment that is most natural to your child - their home!
